Wax Cotton Dressing Reproof Protection For Clothing
After time all our Wax products will lose some of the effectiveness of the waxed cotton protection. A great addition to any cupboard is the Walker & Hawkes original wax cotton dressing, coming in 3 sizes to suit your needs.
This product will work on any waxed product to bring the performance back to new, can either be applied to the whole garment or just the hard wearing areas.
Instructions: Sponge off excess dirt using clean water. Place tin in hot water to soften the dressing. Apply with clean cotton cloth, paying attention to seams, elbows, pocket edges and cuffs. Allow to dry overnight in a warm area before use. Regular reproofing will maintain the waterproof qualities of the fabric and prolong its life. CAUTION; Keep out of reach of children. CONTAINS; A blend of mineral oils and refined hydrocarbon waxes.
